The internet outage in Rotterdam and The Hague has unfortunately reoccurred. Although the connection appeared to be restored earlier, the internet connection went down again this morning.

Our technicians are working with priority on a solution. The outage is proving to be more complex than initially thought. We are doing everything we can to restore the connection as quickly and stably as possible.

Earlier today, an outage occurred in Rotterdam and The Hague that temporarily interrupted the internet connection. The connection has now been partially restored.

To complete the repair definitively, we will be carrying out additional restoration work until tomorrow morning. As a result, the connection will temporarily be unavailable at times. We are doing our utmost to keep the impact as small as possible.

[SOLVED] Internet disruption | Region Den Haag

In the early morning of April 4, a disruption occurred in the backbone network of a supplier of Zerospace. After major maintenance on the national backbone network of the fiber optic network supplier, it turned out that the connections used by Zerospace were disconnected. Our supplier restored the connections at 12:05 and our services are now up and running again. We will discuss with our supplier what the problem was and what we can improve to reduce the chance of interruptions in the future.

In the morning we received several reports from some tenants that they had reduced or no internet connectivity at the location Bink36. The problem was solved at 20:00.
